Formular milk: for children up to 2 years old, cows milk is provided for children between 2-3yrs still having a bottle.
All meals: breakfast (before 8am), morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, late snack. We have an experienced cook with a degree in nutrition who provides exceptional healthy food for our tamariki that provides a fully balanced diet. Allergies catered for.
Eco Nappies: Included in the under 3 year olds price. While your child is in the Bee or Gecko Room we will make the first change of the day into an eco nappy. Please provide a disposable or any other nappy from home for us to change your child into before home time, or from when they turn three, or are in the Kakapo Room.
4 weeks holiday at half price: We offer 4 weeks’ worth of ‘Holiday Days’ charged at 50%. For example, if you attend 3 days a week you have 12 days a year that you can claim at 50% of your usual fee (pro rata). Please notify our administrator 2 weeks in advance. Please talk to our administrative staff regarding holidays longer than 3 weeks.
Sibling Discount: We offer a 10% discount on the older child’s fees, when two or more children from the same nuclear family are enrolled with us at the same time. The discount ends when only one child from the family remains at the centre.
20 hours Ministry of Education funding for 3+ years: Ministry of Education funding increases for children over 3 years old. The 20 hours ECE rate is charged for those hours outside the 20 hours ECE funding scheme only. We are set up as an all-day, fully catered service that includes meals. We attest that 20 hours ECE reduces your fee to the prices above, which reflect the full cost of providing a space for a child. (20 hours funding covers teacher wages, and a small proportion of our rent. Further costs include food, nappies, computer expenses, Storypark, utilities, repairs and maintenance, teaching resources, teacher professional development, printing and stationery).
Work and Income NZ subsidies are available to families on low incomes.
